1. Provider and acceptance

The services are operated by CHOME COMMERCE AND TRADE CO., LIMITED ("we", "us"), registered at ROOM 1003 10/F TOWER 1 LIPPO CENTRE 89 QUEENSWAY ADMIRALTY Hong Kong. By visiting the site, opening an account, adding funds, or calling an API, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy.

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Services

MeToken AI provides account management, API keys, model access, media-asset processing, task status, and USD balance settlement. Models, providers, features, quotas, prices, and regions may change. We will use reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every model will always be offered.

3. Accounts and security

• Registration information must be accurate and kept current; accounts may not be rented, transferred, or shared.
• You are responsible for protecting passwords, sessions, and API keys and for activity or charges caused by compromised credentials or misuse.
• We may suspend or terminate access for security, compliance, non-payment, abuse, or breach of these Terms.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, abusive, harmful, malware, unauthorized surveillance, security-bypass, privacy-invasive, or illegal-content activities, or probe, attack, overload, or reverse engineer our systems or provider systems. You must have the necessary rights to every prompt, image, video, audio file, and other material you submit and are responsible for it.

5. Payments, billing, and outputs

All credit and debit card payments are one-time payments initiated by the user. We do not offer subscriptions or automatic renewals and will not automatically or repeatedly charge a card without the user confirming another payment. The amount and currency are displayed before each payment is confirmed.

Services are charged in USD according to the displayed prices and actual usage. A task may reserve an estimate before execution and settle against actual usage; excess reservations and failed tasks are released through the ledger. Digital credit is delivered to the account after successful payment, and API or generation services are delivered when the user submits a request. Provider outputs and temporary URLs are subject to third-party limits. Save results you need to retain.

6. Intellectual property and feedback

You retain rights in lawful content you submit and grant us the limited permission needed to provide, secure, improve, and troubleshoot the services. Our software, trademarks, interface, documentation, and service design belong to us or our licensors. We may use feedback without payment.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness, non-infringement, accuracy, continuity, and suitability of outputs. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, profit, data, or business-interruption losses. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Termination, law, and disputes

You may stop using the service. Fees, accrued obligations, and provisions intended to survive termination remain effective. These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong. Material changes will be posted on the site.
